Goal: help support Scott County dog rescue
Project: have a bake sale at the game and give the profits to the dog rescue
Due to the impending and unpredictable weather, Donuts with a Grown Up for our 2nd Graders is being postponed until next Friday, January 30th.
Congratulations to our 7th grade boys! The 7th grade Regional Champions! Their sectional games start Monday Jan. 26th in Waverly. Good Luck boys!

December Impact Project
Goal: show support for the school staff
Project: make hot chocolate and cookie treat bags for all staff members
Mrs. Hoots’ 4th graders are ready for Christmas! The stockings are hung for their gift exchange. They also created a gingerbread house to sell and wrote a “For Sale” listing of it to practice their writing skills.

5th grade competing in the Jacksonville Journal Courier Geography Bowl.
The first graders have enjoyed learning about pumpkins these past several weeks. They learned about the life cycle of a pumpkin, took a virtual field trip to a pumpkin patch, and enjoyed making pumpkin pie in a bag!
