Hello!

My name is Maggie Murray.  I grew up on a farm just outside of Champaign, IL.  I am the youngest of four children.    I graduated in May 2011, from Illinois State University with a degree in Secondary Mathematics Education.  I wanted to  become a teacher to help students develop a strong foundation of math skills and see the relevance of math in their own lives!    
I  also am the Jr. High Cheerleading Coach!!!!

Helpful Math Websites
Kahn Academy  This website contains videos of many math concepts explained through videos.  Many of the videos are very helpful and easy to follow.  If you are ever having difficulty understanding a concept, this is a great resource!
Math Bits This website contains  practice problems for different math concepts.  It is especially helpful for Algebra and Geometry.  There is a link for calculator help and different math games!
KenKen Puzzles  Have fun solving logic puzzles involving math concepts!
