Scott County Farm Bureau Scholarship:
The Scott County Farm Bureau is offering two $1,000 scholarships - one from Bluffs and one from Winchester. In order to qualify you must:
1) be a member or the child of a member of the Scott County Farm Bureau
2) have a minimum GPA of 2.50
